In the case of receiving damaged goods :

if you receive your ordered goods damaged, you can email us with the image or video of damaged goods. You will have to return it to our address at your cost.

 

In the case of not satisfied with the product :

If you do not satisfy with the product, you can return it within 5 days from the date of receiving. We shall refund the full amount to you after receiving the goods sold to you.
